The manufacturing base and R&D center of CAPL locate in hubei province (central China), which is famous for its convenient transportation and known as "province has thousands of lakes". Approved by ISO9001:2008 system, CAPL has set up an advanced operational system to achieve high working efficiency by the adoption of a scientific management mode and the founding of ERP system and the internal administrative system.
