Shandong Kaiyuan Electronic Co.,Ltd.was registered according to the modern enterprise mechanism in 2000.The company has high-quality workforce,strict and orderly scientific management system and innovative and flexible marking mode. The company has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in 2002 and ISO4001:2004 environmental management system certification in 2005,and gained import and export right in 2005. The company is Iocated in the Changle Wenzhou Industrial Park with more than 60,000 land and 30,000 construction area.It has 40 million Yuan fixed assets and 360 workers.The company has 5 processing workshops with totally 160 equipments including punches,die casting machines,machining equipments and surface treating equipments .They established a processing chain of mold marking,sections extrusion,aluminum precision casting,cold stamping and surface treatment.We are able to design,develop and manufacture new products.The company manufactures 200 million pieces of heat sink,3,000 tons aluminum sections and 6,000 tons aluminum precision castings annually.Our products are mainly used for heat elimination of large power semiconductor device in TV,monitors,air conditioners,washings machines,microwave ovens,LED lights and aluminum precision castings in engines.
