Mainly dedicating in encapsulating LED chip , research , design, produce, and export of LED lights and led display. 1): Fully automated process Our own the entire LED manufacturing process in-house 20,000Square meter ; We complete the entire LED manufacturing process in-house. Our fully automated LED production process includes everything from die and wire bonding to encapsulation, insertion and wave soldering. 2): QC procedure Throughout the process, professional integraph scan,adjust brightness, amend angles , white balance, vibration and aging tests water IP65 standards;luminance test , etc. QC-7steps ; 3): Quality Assurance QC-7 step process ; Inspection Process Quality Control Final Quality Assurance Outgoing Quality Control 4):Training Free of charges;In our workshop,we provide all the training including process of operation,installation, maintenance, system set up, equipment protection ; 5):Technology support, Free of charges, Online support;If necessary in installation site, we can send our engineer to guide how to do. When the customers indeed need, we will provide professional technical schemes for free based on the detailed investigation and study on the construction site and product design. 6):After-Service, Principles: response in time, solve problems as soon as possible and ensure the use. period: In the Maintenance period of the LED screen, free of all maintenance charges; After Warranty, only charge the material costs fees free of manual work fees.
