Company History and Background

Changzhou Ming Wei Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. was a noted company specializing in researching and producing knitting denim and woven denim products. Our company is located in Wujin Textile Industrial Park of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with Yanjiang Expressway in the north and Shanghai-Nanjing Highway in the south, and the famous scenic spot Yancheng in the neighborhood. It is only 20 kilometers away from Changzhou Airport, 120 kilometers from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and 100 kilometers from Nanjing Lukou Airport. Our prime location greatly facilitates the transportation of our company. With a registered capital of RMB 5 million Yuan and a total investment of 280 million Yuan, our factory covers an area of 120 acres and staffed with 500 professional employees. Our company has introduced a whole set of rope-dyeing production line from Morrison Company of the US, equipped with advanced leasing machines and cylinder machines. Also we imported the top-notch circular knitting machines from Japan, GT-MAX rapier weaving machines from Belgium, and sizing machines from Szcker of Germany. Besides, we are also equipped with the Morrison production lines for singeing, pre-shrinking, mercerizing and finishing of the denim, as well as the setting production lines from Taiwan Li Gen Co., Ltd. Our major products include indigo bobbin yarn, knitting denim and woven denim. Our company is of the professional production scale and independent research capability which enabled us to form a one-stop production line that combines dyeing, knitting and finishing together. Knitting denim is the perfect combination of Centennial Culture of Denim and the excellent feature of knitting fabric. It has not only the style of woven denim, but also the unique character of knitting fabric. Its texture is exquisite and fresh, soft and comfortable by touching, elastic and air-permeable. With a wide range of variety, it can be transformed into different styles easily. Being washed in a special way, the surface of knitting denim will present a dedicated pattern, which keeps a great similarity with traditional jeans. Currently, our annual output volume of indigo bobbin yarn and knitting fabric has reached about 3,000 tons. Woven denim has been leading the trend of new fashion till today. From the preliminary design of colors to the latter treatment, we have a group of experts to deal with the whole process. We have adopted imported dyeing material for priming, and mercerizing the yarn on imported dyeing lines. Our standard process of mercerizing, pre-shrinking, coating and shaping enabled our denim to cove more unique elements. Up to now, our products are sold worldwide with a daily sales volume of 30,000 meters.
