Mould, plastic injection We adopt advanced CNC machining center, EDM machine tool, carving machine, Taiwan milling machine, grinding machine etc. We compound CAD/CAM/CAE/CAP together. we can design kinds of injection mould , especially good at producing the mould like machine shell, electron, medical instrument and automobile products. we have many injection machine produced by YIZUMI and HAITIAN, we will test the mould, we can promise the mould have excellent quality . Before the mould send to client, it will get a strict test and attach injection parameter to help client to produce goods. our products can be used in black goods, white goods ,IT, automobile, medical machine and industry electrical appliance. The products spread both at home and abroad mold frame uses Hong Kong LKM,Japan FUTABA and other large production enterprise products, mold cavity adopt Sweden ASSAB high quality steel mold, it means our company can provide clients with product development, mould manufacturing, precision injection parts processing one package service etc. Wrought iron products Our company has automatic welding machine, draw bender, corner cutter, digital V-cut machine tool, digital LT312-12 die-turning press machine, digital bender, punch, plasma cutter, electric welder, tungsten polarity pulse WSE5-315KAC/DC drilling and welder and relative equipment, features shear, bending, coil, lathe, mill, plane, grind, polish, punch, press, cut, shear, saw, roll, weld, rivet, drill and automatic processing capacity, and assistance with varied special clamping fixture, mold, clamp fixture, mold, clamp, sling and other workmanship equipment.
