Our competitive products are rubber foaming products, which made from rubber and plastic. Following are our main products: 1) Foaming tube, foaming ball, heat insulation cup cover, NBR corner and edge protector, EVA door stop, handle cover 2) Safety toys including baseball, golf, bowling, ring toss and jump toy, EVA puzzles mat 3) Sports equipment including rubber spring exerciser, jumping rope Our Foaming processes include extruding, molding and moulded forming. Processing technology includes stamping grinding and thermoforming. Our raw materials are mainly divided into the following several kinds: foam NBR-PVC foaming products, which can be made according to customers' demands with RoHS, PAHS and EN71 standards, non-halogen, non- phthalate products. We can provide REACH and MSDS certificates and also can produce according to customers' needs in material with conductive agent, fire retardant or aromatic, EPDM foaming products and EVA foaming products. Our products appearances are tubular, flake and other kinds. The surfaces are grinding or smooth. The basic material looks like a sponge, are soft and elastic. They are safe for using. Smooth surface is sheen and clean. Tubular products can be with infinite length. The grinding surface has a natural grind arenaceous appearance. Our high-end products particularly have an excellent performance on slip-resistance. Cellular materials are with closed pore structur and low water absorption. Our products are mainly used in the sport toys, fitness equipment, carry-on, medical equipment, electronic lighting, automobile and motorcycle fitting, cleaning tools, buggy and trolley, stationery, garden tools, doors and Windows sealed, cosmetics and so on, our products are more and more widely used.
