Miena's Handmade nougat
Company History and Background
Founded: 2012
Miena started making her nougat in 2012 in her domestic kitchen and sold it at farmers markets. In 2013 she converted their garage into a purpose build nougat factory. In 2014 she got her first listing with Avoca and lots more shops follow. In 2016 she won silver in Blas na hEirreanne Irish food award, a gold star in the Great Taste, a gold and bronze in the Irish free from food award. She got listed in the end of 2016 with Diverse fine foods in the UK.
